FANTASTIC HOME!! 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️! Evan was a great host. He answered texts right away! Kitchen was fabulous! Plenty of kitchen supplies for a large group. He even had a muffin tin~my kids were thrilled! All tv’s were smart tv’s so all the kids could stream. I have gamers and we brought Ethernet cords~all 3 levels had access to Ethernet direct connect. All bedrooms were suites with extra toilet paper :) Laundry was on bottom floor with gaming area this was an added bonus so the washer & dryer never woke the kids or sleeping baby! 7 trash cans outside was fantastic! We filled them all with a 6 day stay but did not run out of trash can space! All back balcony’s had a lock and deadbolt on all 3 levels. This was reassuring and we knew little ones could not get out! Sun rises and sets right out the family room window with no view of other homes, neighbors or other vacationers. A/C & heating worked exactly to temp you set. Absolutely booking this cabin again! We really enjoyed our stay at Evan’s Bear Mountain Retreat. We had our two son’s families with nine grandkids together there for a week. The home is well designed, very spacious, and full of amenities for large family groups. The highlights were the private pool, hot tub, double appliances, and six bedrooms. We asked for extra towels and Evan was very responsive in solving that. The online pictures create the impression that the home is physically separated from other properties in the area. That is not the case. There are many similar homes packed along the .7 mile drive to the property. One highlight for the kids was watching three small bear cubs climbing in a tree near the home from the deck. There are many things to do nearby. We would stay here again in the future.

I honestly don’t have words for this place other than spectacular! The best views hands down, the cabin is absolutely gorgeous. We had a few minor hiccups but Evan was quick to respond and he even ordered a new pack and play for the house with next day delivery for us because the one there was broken. There was a small issue with some rugs being un vacuumed and some hair around one of the tubs, I told Evan and he promptly forwarded that to the cleaning company. He was an amazing host, this home is fantastic. We narrowed it down to two places for our trip and we’re so happy this is where we picked. It’s very close to everything you need but very quiet and feels secluded. If you’re debating on staying here you definitely should!! We didn’t want to love and would definitely love to come back again someday. Thank you Evan!!

This house is so beautiful and was very clean. It had great views from all of the balconies and you could even see the views from the living room and the upstairs loft. My kids loved the game room and movie theater. The house had extra bedding and a kitchen full of all necessities. We also loved walking the neighborhood as it was very peaceful and quiet. The only thing to note is this house has a lot of stairs between all the 4 floors and the bedrooms are split up on all levels which can be hard with young kids but we made it work. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend Evan as a host.
